Neighborhood bar that I've Been going to for years. Cheap drinks and pretty decent food. I had the pork chop dinner with greens and potato salad. It was really good! Pork chops fried to perfection, kale greens were tender and had great flavor with smoked turkey throughout, and the potato salad was good. Great job
Delicious Food is made there. The drinks is reasonably priced. Bartending staff and owner are nice with a friendly embrace. I recommend going on Sunday afternoon and night during the football game plus it's a B.O.Bs
Well I’m from Dayton,Ohio and I had a really good time at Denise and Earls. The food is delicious, the people were enjoying themselves to the fullest. Everyone had good vibes from the staff to the crowd. I will definitely be back when I come to Pittsburgh.I really enjoyed the passing of the mic and fun performances by the crowd.
I'm really not one to go out on a regular basis however, I love the vibe that I get when I come in to grab some delicious food and a cocktail and some grown folk conversation....... Oh, oh, let's not forget the great music and the DJ who spends the songs I haven't heard in so long. I would say this pub gives a " cheers " kind of atmosphere where everybody knows everyone. I've never experienced anything negative and that's a good thing for me.
Mrs. D is great. Her bartenders pay attention to the customer, and they remember what you drink. The chicken Is seasoned just right.
Had a blast. First time there. Definitely going back need to try out the grub, and great menu selections for a neighborhood bar, pool table, music, or should say mowsik as one of the patrons said.
This is one of the best hood bars in Pittsburgh. You are guaranteed to have a ratchet good time! Tight security at the door, everyone gets a pat down by security of the same gender. The soul food is fire, the chef knows what he is doing! Food is always on point and the kitchen is usually open till midnight.
The first time my bestie from the A went there. I took her here because of the crowd, the atmosphere and staff. We gave Kelly a challenge, but she took it and we had a great time
